Walkouts x5
Spiderman Lunges x5+5
Up Dog to Down Dog Push Ups x5
Kettlebell Swings x10 + Goblet Squat x1

A: x1min on / 1 min off
One Arm Swings x10+10
Push Ups x100

At the top of the minute perform one arm swings and then push ups until 1 minute is up. Rest a minute then one arm swings before picking up the push ups where you left off the round before. Continue trend until all 100 reps of push ups are completed. 

B: x1min on / 1 min off
Kettlebell Swings x12
V Sits x100

At the top of the minute perform kettlebell swings and then v-sits until 1 minute is up. Rest a minute then kettlebell swings before picking up the v-sits where you left off the round before. Continue trend until all 100 reps of v-sits are completed. 

To increase difficulty go straight from “A” to “B” after resting the remainder of the minute PLUS resting a full minute.
