Free Workout Saturdays


Queen City Kettlebell is excited to offer Free Workout Saturdays on the first Saturday of each month at 11am.

Please feel free to tell your family and friends about our FREE workout. No need to reserve a spot, just show up and be ready to workout with kettlebells. If you feel it necessary to take a minute to reserve your spot for our free workout since space may be limited on a first come – first serve basis, just click the date of the session you would like to attend below and follow the few steps to ensure your time with us.

Your first session is on us! Every Free Workout Saturday session after that is just $10 with NO COMMITMENT. If you bring a friend on your next visit, then the Free Workout is free for both of you!
