Join us on Saturday, December 1st for Free Workout Saturday! Bring your family and friends to our 8am or 9am session, or tell them about our Intro to Kettlebells at 11am. The 11am intro class is a one-hour session led by our certified coaches, and the perfect opportunity to try kettlebells if you’ve never tried them before, or if you have questions about form. You’ll learn new exercises, improve your technique and get the opportunity to see what we are all about!
Kettlebell Kitchen will be on site providing samples, discounts and information regarding their meal delivery service – conveniently delivered right to Queen City Kettlebell! Their meals can be suited to any athlete or weekend warriors’ needs, from fat loss to muscle gain, to athletic performance, and many are even Whole30 approved! All levels are welcome; please plan on training barefoot. Towels and water will be provided. We are located at 5020 Oaklawn Drive; parking is available behind the building, or on the street out front. Please use the front entrance marked with the Queen City Kettlebell logo.
